Workshop #3 – Thinking Thin
Tuesdays:  May 6, 13, 20, 27 and June 3
6:00-7:00 PM

The Thinking Thin Workshop is the answer for every person who has tried to lose weight and failed, or for those who succeeded in losing weight, but were unable to maintain their weight loss.  This workshop uses the skills sets, and change techniques, of cognitive behavioral theory to teach attendees to think and act like thin people.  By the conclusion of this five week program, the attendee will have gained new strategies to think differently about food and diet, to implement effective behavioral changes that support weight loss, and to overcome the various barriers to long-term weight loss.  Any reasonable and nutritious weight loss program will work using the Thinking Thin workshop strategies.

        Week Two:        Preparing for Change
