When reporting a problem be sure to complete all areas of the form. DO NOT enter your password in the problem description area. Be aware that reports can be viewed by anyone.

Norman employees/students logon to SOONER domain and HSC employees/students logon to OUHSC domain.

 


Windows2000 users: enter user name, password
and domain (ouhsc or sooner)
