OU Physicians is an academic group practice that is part of the OU College of Medicine, Tulsa. OU Physicians enables its members to provide excellent patient service and care, enhance the OU community mission to teach tomorrow's physicians and develop innovative health care services.

OU Physicians is composed of more than 150 faculty dedicated to these missions. Our doctors work together as a championship team to provide the best patient care and educate the best physicians for Tulsa and Oklahoma. Many have been part of the Tulsa community for more than 30 years.

With education as one of our primary goals, our physician team maintains access to the newest ideas in medicine and puts them into practice on a daily basis.
The college-operated physician practice handles more than 210,000 patient visits annually, specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry and surgery.

Specialties included within these departments are child abuse, drug and alcohol abuse treatment, high-risk obstetrics (only group in Tulsa), dermatology, adult and pediatric gastroenterology, geriatrics, pediatric infectious disease, laparoscopic surgery, pain management, preventive medicine, and sports medicine (including evaluation and assessment) to name a few.
