How this works

Types of questions we’ll answer

Use Ask Us to submit electronically questions you might have about the library or its services.

We check Ask Us emails daily, Monday through Friday. We will send answers or follow-up questions (in case we need to clarify your question) within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

We will be happy to answer any question you might ask at a reference desk.  Your questions might be similar to these:

Where should I begin to look for information on my topic?

I have looked for a book/journal/article/information in the usual places.  Can you suggest where else I might look?

Does the OU-Tulsa Library have a particular book or journal?

Can you provide me with an address, phone number, a correct citation, etc.?

Can you help me use a particular database?

Please include some background, possible keywords for searching, and other details on the question, and be as specific as possible.
